New York-based electronic musician Vitesse X is preparing for the release of her debut album Us Ephemeral, which will be released on March 25th via 100% Electronica.
“Us Ephemeral” is a single she recently shared ahead of its release, a song that carries itself with a gorgeous floaty atmosphere that is ethereal, beautiful, but also very dance-ready yet spacious in its approach with rich textured production from top to bottom.
About the origin of the song, she adds:
I wrote this song at the very beginning of lockdown, reflecting on all of the beautiful people, places and experiences that have touched my life.
This song came out as an homage to these things, while at the same time, recognizing the fleeting nature of it all. I wanted to express that in embracing our impermanence, we can truly savor the moments that make us whole.
