Restless Mosaic is the project of Seattle-based producer / electronic musican Brandon Isleib, who has recently returned with his new album There’s Much Left to Explore.
Born out the pandemic, the album is described by the artist as follows;
There’s Much Left to Explore captures that feeling, a vital one as a pandemic has grayed the world and left many feeling trapped. It’s about finding horizons and seeing what’s around the next corner. It’s about feeling freedom for the first time. It is made possible by lockdown while being lockdown’s natural predator.
He does that and then some with the expansive world building sonic template of album standout “Foggy Drain (Saponified).” A track that builds upon with a rising piano that combines with swirling synths into something that has a dark atmosphere that feels bold and cinematic. If you didn’t know any better, you wouldn’t be mistake in thinking that this came from the UK.
