sock jock is a musician named Taylor out of Winston Salem, North Carolina who writes, records, and produces all of her own music in her home studio.
She’s let go of her rather addictive and endearing new track “know” that tackles the always tough experience of exploring “the hollowness that follows after losing that “someone.” It delivers this message in a way that is upbeat in nature, while still packing an emotional punch, reminiscent of the work of Snail Mail, Frankie Cosmos and even some of the early days of Best Coast.
