Bryan Devendorf, drummer of The National, has announced that he will release his debut solo album under the moniker Royal Green, which is also the title of the album.
The album was co-produced with Nate Martinez and recorded in Brooklyn, featuring original songs a well as covers of artists such as Bob Dylan, Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even The National.
He’s shared the music video for the lead single “Breaking The River” that feels like a nice one to tip our cap to summer.
