fanclubwallet, the project of Ontario’s Hannah Judge has returned with their fourth consecutive single with the delightful “Bike Song.”
The track captures a laid-back vibe that has some chill dreamy elements that have a lo-fi 90s charm to it. Take the melancholic feel of Soccer Mommy mixed with the colorful textures of Jay Som and you have something close to what she delivers perfectly on “Bike Song.”
Or as she describes it:
It’s all about reflecting on the places you spend time in, and saying goodbye to those places. I wrote this while learning how to learning how to ride a bike so maybe that’s saying something!
