Junípero, the Mexican dream-pop duo of Joán Melendrez and Janelle Saucedo, caught our attention last month with their lovely single “New Beginnings.”
Today we’re back to share its follow-up, “Want To.” The duo once again finds a way to tap into a dreamy soundscape that feels like a rich and vivid vision into someone’s romantic past.
There are certainly more reminders of similar acts like Beach House with the sonic arrangements, but the duo put their own stamp on this dreamy sound that helps them create something of their own.
