Shasta is a California-based band that features the lineup of Micayla Grace (Albert Hammond Jr, Bleached), Jennifer Duardo, Jon Sortland (The Shins) and Cecilia Della Perruti (Gothic Tropic, Beck).
The band has just released their 2nd single “Closer,” that combines some soaring melodies with a Spring-time esque production style.
It all works devilishly well thanks to the strong vocals and synth elements that create something familiar yet unique.
