Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever are back, returning today with the music video for their brand new single “Cars In Space.” The track is the first taste of new music single last year’s “In The Capital” / “Read My Mind” 7” single and hopefully points towards a new album announcement soon enough.

“Cars In Space” has that now-signature Rolling Blackouts chugging wide-spanning guitar attack that absolutely soars and sounds as triumphant as their best songs always do. The band’s Fran Keaney describes the song as “the swirling words and thoughts before a breakup.”

With today’s release, the band has shared its music video, which was directed by Nick Mckk and Julia Jacklin at an old-school Australian drive-in, a pitch-perfect setting for the vibe of the infectious rocker.

Find the music video available to watch below. We are biding our time until we get official word about the new album.
