Thundercat will return with new album It Is What It Is on April 3rd, via Brainfeeder Records.
With the album’s announcement comes the release of the first single “Black Qualls,” which features both Steve Lacy & Steve Arrington.
The single has that classic funky Thundercat sound with plenty of soulful elements that you’d expect only enhanced further by the team-up with funk icon Steve Arrington as well as the rising Steve Lacy (of The Internet).
