Andy Shauf will return with his new album The Neon Skyline on January 31 via ANTI- Records. Following the lovely first single “Things I Do” the narrator, his friends, and his ex find themselves at a new bar. On the second single “Try Again,” follows the awkwardly funny and sweets reunion of these former lovers.
The track shines through with Shauf’s signature raconteur-style storytelling painting a vivid picture that feels all too real and true. It’s one of his more upbeat songs too, which captures the happy-sad spirit of the track.
Based on the first two offerings from the album, 2020 is going to get off to a fantastic start with The Neon Skyline.
