Ready or not, a new Godzilla movie is coming out next year. No matter how you feel, we doubt that it could be any worse than the infamous Matthew Broderick version that came out in 1998. Director Gareth Edwards teased that something big will show up during Legendary’s panel at Comic-Con in San Diego this week, as well as announce the viral website godzillaencounter.com.
People are probably naturally reserved about another Godzilla film, but with a cast consisting of Bryan Cranston, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Ken Watanabe and Juliette Binoche, I am actually holding out on this being better than people expect. We shall see.
