Say hello to MØ. Her name is one that you’re going to be seeing around here a lot – and probably everywhere else too – soon.
She hails from Copenhagen and has released an impressive song titled “Pilgrim”. The 23-year-old is working on her debut album right now, and if the whole thing is like “Pilgrim”, she will be making a big splash in the upcoming winter months.
“Pilgrim” is well versed with great production (those horns!) and a devastatingly haunting vocals from MØ that will give Grimes and Jessie Ware some inner competition. There’s just enough of a Swedish pop touch to this. I can imagine this sounding absolutely gorgeous during winter snowfall.
