Jai Wolf broke out in 2015 with the release of his standout single “Indian Summer,” which was enough for him to start selling out live shows the very next year.
Earlier this month he announced his new album The Cure To Loneliness, which will be released on April 5th via Mom + Pop Music.
What may shock fans is that first single “Lose My Mind” (feat. Mr Gabriel) has more of an indie dream-pop feel that the expansive electronic vibe that fans of “Indian Summer” may be expecting. While this may be a shocker to some, Wolf actually notes that this was the music that he always wanted to make.
This was a turn that I didn’t expect coming but one that he makes seem natural and very much his own.
