Self Help is a punk rock group from Oxford, England who have caught my attention with their latest single “1,000,000 MPH.”
They waste no time setting the pace with some mean guitar riffs and a super-charged energy that comes absolutely racing out of the gate. It features some great garage rock elements at play along with some smartly crafted hooks that have some pop spirted thrown in with a side of aggression.
