If you head to the facebook page of Norweigan band Oslo Oscillator, their a self-described “old school indie” band.

One listen to their recent single “Newlands” proves that to be very much the case. They’ve been inspired by bands such as Stereolab and Pale Saints, with their roots beginning when Kåre Eriksen was a student at the University of Cape Town before he returned to his native Norway to start the band’s journey into creating some harmony-laden indie pop jams such as the super pleasant and lush “Newlands.”
