Nap LaJoy members Devin O’Keeffe, Michael Simonelli, David Newman and Kevin Hunter split time between New York and Connecticut and released their debut album Host this August.
What brought this young act to my attention was the polsihed and very tight indie rock sound on their track “Song J.” Lovely guitar work and mature vocals take over and just carry the track to a really enchanting and wonderful place that feels fully realized and full of something genuine.
